Here are some of the types of Automotive Accident Cases We Handle:
Side Swipe Accidents
Train Accidents
Rollover Acidents
T-Bone Accidents
Pedestrian Accidents
Single Vehicle Accidents
Cyclist Accidents
We’ve got a tactical approach toward assessing cases to determine the chance of succeeding. We may determine if you’re able to pursue a claim for personal injury and just how much you may get. We handle personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis. Which indicates that we will not charge a hourly rate for our services, but rather we will be paid a percentage of your recovery in the case by judgment or settlement. If no recovery is made, then you do not owe us anything.
Our team takes the necessary time to find out about your accident from your standpoint and attentively reviews all of the collected information. We also then strategize an action plan that is suitable for your specific case and we walk you comfortably to the next step which is the claims process. At this point, we begin to deal with the responsible party’s insurance company.
How We Build Your Case:
Once you hire our law firm, our legal team will start looking over each facet of your case including: your injuries and the circumstances that caused them, the proof, your job history and wages, your household’s circumstances, and any other elements which will bolster your claim. Regardless of what kind of vehicle you had been in when your accident took place, our Firm can help you get the compensation you want and the best recovery possible. Our Law Firm works with a network of specialists to completely investigate auto accidents and determine all contributing factors. We utilize this info to build strong, evidence-based cases that improve the probability of a successful outcome.
Settlement Talks & Demand Phase: We mail out a demand request to the insurance provider or other party, laying out your case for damages in full detail. This step entails a need for settlement, such as a requirement letter outlining your case, such as liability and compensation. The letter is then reviewed by opposing counsel. In response to the letter, the opposing party will normally either reject the request, make a counteroffer, or accept. The demand letter is usually the most significant impression you’ll have on the opposing party. Putting an excellent letter together, is crucial.
Filing Your Lawsuit: When you have a personal injury attorney working on your case, he will advise you of all of your legal options. It’s significant to keep in mind that without an auto incident attorney on your side, you will be going up against insurance companies who are frankly more concerned with increasing their profits than helping you recover from your injuries. With the Parks Law Firm on your side, you’ll be safeguarded against the predatory tactics used by many insurance companies.
Communication is Key
We sometimes receive calls from clients who have recently fired their previous attorney. Do you want to know what the most common reason clients fire their attorney? Failure to communicate. Almost nothing is more irritating to a client than entrusting your case to an attorney only to realize after weeks or months that nothing has been done. You need an attorney that can work hard on your behalf and follow through on all assignments. Consider the dimensions of the law firm when choosing an attorney. Often times, a huge law office will assign the case to an unskilled lawyer, and not the lawyer that you met with. Having the ability to communicate efficiently with your lawyer is a vital facet of any case. In the end, the attorney ought to be working for you and replying to you. When you hire our law firm, you can be sure you will have an advocate who will passionately fight for you and your rights!
Let us review your case and discuss your legal options. Our Law Firm is ready to provide proven legal representation in pursuing your claim and stand ready to protect your rights.
